30- Minute Follow-Up Appointments: $150

Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash or credit card payment. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, change is not available. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted. Self-pay prices are set with same day payment discount.

Cancellation Policy:

​

The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. I require a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations except in cases of emergencies. If 24 hours' notice is not received, you will be billed the fee for that missed appointment, which will need to be paid prior to rescheduling your appointment.
